Warranties and assistance 

All the products sold by www.streamcast.it come under the official warranty of the manifacturer. The particulars of the warranty are described in the single service/product. To use it, you only have to keep the invoice and the delivery note you will receive together with the goods you have ordered.

Interact guarantees assistance for all products over all the Italian territory via e-mail: sales@interact.it, telephone +39.06.58318301 and the service on site.

Such services on the premises are only envisaged in special cases and will be charged for. Charges will be decided from time to time, according to the specific requirements of the customer with an additional charge for transport, if the time and place for the service requires such payment.

Services on the premises may cover installation, configuration and testing the service/product.

Should a fault in the service/product purchased be found, notice must be given as soon as possible via registered letter with return receipt. The period of guarantee of the service/product purchased has to be considered (see the specifications of the services/product to be seen on www.streamcast.it). The registered letter with return receipt has to bear:

  • The order number, assigned at the time of the order
  • The type of service/product, with the model and the code
  • A detailed description of the fault found
  • All details of the company involved: address, telephone number, fax and e-mail of the person in charge we can contact.


After having received the returned product in warranty, Interact SpA will examine it and, if necessary, repair or replace it.

The customer service of Interact SpAl will get in touch with you to supply you with all the assistance you require.

Right to return or render

If a customer wants to exercise the right to renounce purchasing a service/product, made via the internet site www.streamcast.it, the procedure given below will have to be followed:

  • Send Interact SpA a registered letter with return receipt within 10 working days after receiving the service/product. If you prefer, you can expedite communication via e-mail to: sales@interact.it
  • Wait for the 'return number', which will be sent to you via e-mail at your address.
  • Write the return number received from Interact SpA on the delivery documents
  • Send the product within the second working day after receiving the return number at the following address:

  • The product sent by a delivery service of your own choice, will have to arrive properly packed in its original package and complete with all the accessories and everything else originally included.
  • You will be responsible for insurance against theft and damage due to transport during delivery as well as all charges involved in transport.
  • Should you omit to insure the rendered product for the value indicated on the invoice, in the case of damage or loss occurring during transport, Interact SpA reserves the right to debit the damages done subtracting them from the amount to be refunded
