Dear Customer,
We inform you that according to Article 7, 196/2003 (Italian law) Interact srl will manage the data you provide, based on the current regulations, for personal data management.
You are not obliged to provide data, but should you refuse you would not be able to fulfil the obligations in the sales agreement where you appear.
Such personal data is collected via technological procedures and electronic media directly and/or through third parties (delivery concerns) and is aimed at:
- offering the initial service procedures and information about how the order of the product will be handled;
- providing market research statistics and publishing of advertising material through e-mail as well.
Your personal data will however not be disclosed (with the exception of home delivery concerns) or sold to third parties. Data inside Interact srl will only be disclosed to Staff specifically operating in the Information Systems, Marketing, Administration and Accounts, Customer Assistance divisions.
According to Article 7, 196/2003 (Italian law), you have the right to be informed, at any time, about how the pertinent Staff is managing your personal data, in what way and for what purpose and further:
- confirming that the personal data exist, their disclosure and origin;
- stating the particulars of the Proprietor and the pertinent Staff as well as the individual staff and divisions to whom such data has been disclosed or those whom the Proprietor or the Staff may come to know;
- data updating, correction and entry;
- deleting and/or anonymously changing all the data thus infringing the law;
- assuring that should the pertinent Staff or any other divisions come to know about the operations given in items 3) and 4), except in the case where privacy protection is impossible or too cost-heavy;
- objecting to the management of data still in use for data collection, for legitimate use or for marketing or market research purposes.
